The renovation of Thomas M. Evans Hall updates office and classroom space for the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs. This project comprises interior modifications, energy code requirements, exterior repairs, and accessibility improvements.

Enhancements include reconfigured interior spaces and upgraded finishes and lighting. The renovation replaces end-of-life systems to meet code, while providing life-safety, energy, and accessibility upgrades throughout the building.

Exterior improvements include new landscape and hardscape features, with sloped walkways and ramps for an accessible entry to the main floors of Thomas M. Evans and Steinbach Halls.
